The name Brajeshwori derived from Sanskrit, signifies the “land of God” according to Hindu mythology.

Brajeshwori Trading was founded in 2005 with a mission to serve as a local distributor within the Kathmandu Valley. Starting humbly, we grew through hard work and determination, and by 2008, we established Brajeshwori Global Business House Pvt. Ltd.—an import firm expanding our reach nationwide under the same umbrella. Transitioning from local distribution to importing wasn’t an easy leap; we faced challenges stabilizing our portfolio as importers. Each obstacle brought valuable lessons, contributing to our growth and resilience. Success was not immediate—it was the result of constant learning and an energetic team effort. By 2010, we were well-established as both a local distributor and importer. Three years into our journey, we saw the value in creating a financial institution that fostered savings and investments among like-minded individuals. In 2008, we founded Brajeshwori Savings & Cooperative, bringing together 50 shareholders. Now in its sixteenth year, the cooperative continues to promote financial growth among stakeholders and account holders, distributing profits in alignment with its community-focused mission. In 2011, we further enhanced our import portfolio with the creation of Brajeshwori International Pvt. Ltd. Brajeshwori Industries Pvt. Ltd. was launched in 2020 to expand into manufacturing a range of hygiene products, including baby diapers, sanitary pads, adult diapers and wet wipes. In just three years, our brands Nyano and Tender Touch have become leaders in the Nepali market, and we proudly export our hygiene products internationally. As one of Nepal’s ethical taxpayers, Brajeshwori Group takes pride in its contributions to national revenue. Since then, we've grown and expanded to various business sectors and service different brands.
